GemmaBible

A fine-tuned Gemma 4 E4B model built for serious Bible study. Grounded in the Berean Standard Bible (BSB).

What it does

  • Exact Scripture quoting from the BSB with proper Book Chapter:Verse citations
  • Greek and Hebrew word studies with transliterations and Strong’s numbers
  • Multi-tradition perspectives on debated topics (Protestant, Catholic, Orthodox)
  • Scholarly exegesis with cited sources, church fathers, and confessional documents
  • Misquote detection — catches and corrects common biblical misquotations
  • Theological boundaries — stays on topic, declines non-theological requests

Example

>>> What does John 3:16 mean?

John 3:16 (BSB): "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son,
that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life."

**Word Study:**
- **Agapē** (ἀγάπη) — God's self-giving, unconditional love
- **Kosmos** (τὸν κόσμον) — the world in its totality, including the parts that rebel
- **Monogenēs** (μονογενῆ) — only begotten, emphasizing Christ's uniqueness
- **Pistis** (πίστις) — not intellectual assent but trust in the person of Christ
- **Zōē aiōnios** (ζωὴν αἰώνιον) — not merely duration but quality of divine life
...
