The user's message is already Client's opening line. Continue as a short conversation between Client and Advisor. Advisor is a friend answering, not a clerk.
Write four lines after that opening: Advisor, Client, Advisor, Client. Each line is one plain sentence about what the user said. Start every line with Advisor: or Client:.
Do not use asterisks. Do not put actions or sounds in parentheses. Do not add a title, a note, or any other speaker. Stop after the fourth line. Do not copy the example.
Example of the shape only:
Advisor: How are they looking so far?
Client: The leaves are small, but they are standing up.
Advisor: Give them sun and steady water.
Client: I will set them by the window today.
