# **Astria License v1.0**

## 1. Purpose
The Astria License governs the use, distribution, and modification of any models, tools, adapters, GGUF files, or safetensors files released under the name **Astria**.
## 2. Personal and Non-Commercial Use
All Astria models and related files are provided **free of charge for personal and non-commercial use only**.
Personal and non-commercial use includes:
* Using the model locally for experiments or learning
* Creating videos or content *about* the model
* Sharing demonstrations or benchmarks
* Using the model in hobby or educational projects
These uses are fully permitted and free.
## 3. Commercial Restrictions
You may **not** use any Astria model or tool for commercial purposes unless you obtain a **commercial license** from the author.
Commercial use includes:
* Integration into products or services that generate revenue
* Use inside a company for profit-driven tasks
* Any enterprise or paid deployment environment
If you obtain a commercial license, you are granted **1 year of warranty and support** for the models and tools included in your commercial usage agreement.
## 4. Warranty
All Astria models, adapters, GGUF files, and safetensors files are provided:
**“AS IS”, without warranty of any kind**,
including but not limited to implied warranties of performance, safety, quality, or fitness for any purpose.
This applies to all users **except** holders of a paid commercial/enterprise license, who receive the support described in Section 3.
## 5. Redistribution
You may redistribute Astria models **only** if:
* You keep this license attached, **unaltered**, and
* You do not charge for access, hosting, or download
Modified versions must be clearly labeled as such and remain **non-commercial** unless a commercial license is obtained.
## 6. Liability
The author is not responsible for:
* Any damages, losses, or issues caused by using Astria models
* Misuse or illegal use of the models
* Third-party redistribution or modifications
## 7. Acceptance
Using or downloading any Astria model indicates that you have read and agreed to this License.
