which is post-trained from Qwen3.5-9B (https://huggingface.co/Qwen/Qwen3.5-9B), Copyright 2026 Alibaba Cloud. Both
are licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0.
Modifications by TurinTech AI (Turing Intelligence Technology Limited, company no. 10318035, England and Wales): the weights were converted to GGUF and quantized for llama.cpp. The vision encoder is
not included. Independent TurinTech conversion, not affiliated with or endorsed by Cloudflare.
